  • REV. CHRISTY FOLDENAUER

    Senior Pastor

    Christy joined the TBC family as their lead pastor in 2016. After a career in the financial services industry, Christy earned her Master of Theological Studies degree at Baptist Theological Seminary of Richmond in 2014, and was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in March of 2015. Before joining TBC, Christy had served on staff or in a volunteer capacity in nearly every role that comprises the church - from discipleship and small groups to youth and kids - and in music and worship arts, as well. Her undergrad degree in Communication is from James Madison University. She is married to Adam and together they have three kids. When she's away from work, Christy loves creative endeavors, music, and is an avid reader.  


     

  • Rev. ross wright

    worship pastor

    Ross has been a part of various worship teams, bands, songwriting groups and recording projects since his early teens. In his ministry career, he has served in churches as worship leader, arts director and teaching pastor.  When he is not at work, Ross can be found writing and recording music, collaborating with other artists, story writing, and playing in his sister's band (Rebekah Rafferty & the Wakes). Ross and his wife Amanda have three kids and a cat.

  • Virginia Otey

    children's pastor

    Virginia recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in English and now attends Union Presbyterian seminary where she is pursuing a Masters in Divinity. Before serving at Tomahawk, Virginia worked as a youth intern, and on the support ministries team at the BGAV. You can typically find her playing with her two dachshunds, Franklin and Eleanor.

  • BECKY ORROCK

    office administrator

    Becky is the one who holds down the front office while supporting the TBC community. Before coming to TBC, Becky was a data/business analyst. After a hiatus from the corporate environment to spend more time with her family, she joined our team in February of 2019.  She is a University of Mary Washington graduate and lives in Richmond with her husband, Welford, two children, and a robo dwarf hamster.  Becky loves to camp and hike, read, ride her motorcycle, and paint.
